Reading! Yes! Are you reading this correctly? Did she really give up on the beat makeup, full face, glam goddess look? Yes! Yes she did. Giving up the beat makeup look:   👁 👁👁follow article 👈🏽 The author was tired of trying to achieve this look, spending $$$$ large amounts of money on contour kits, eyebrow kits and gels, etc.

I appreciate her being honest. It is time consuming, for a woman on the go, full time job, kids, husband, caretaker, etc. For me, I will not give up the full glam look. For one, I don’t wear makeup daily. I occasionally let my face breathe. I’ve gone the last two days without makeup. I have been airing my face out and doing facials, face scrubs and moisturizing.

In retrospect, while I appreciate her honesty, I will not give up the beat.  It never became an all consuming venture for my life. Makeup is becoming an obsession for some. If you are that consumed by the need to wear a beat face daily, maybe it’s not the makeup; maybe it’s you! 👁
